Proof of income, or an offer letter if you are starting a job
Recent pay slips or bank statements
A previous landlord we can call, if you have one
A guarantor or co-signer if you are a student, which is completely normal here

Housing vouchers are welcome. If you hold a voucher we assess affordability on your share of the rent only, which is what Massachusetts law requires. We do not screen on source of income.
